Signing your documents
With ConfRoom, you have the possibility to electronically sign your documents in a secure manner.
The procedure
After subscribing to ConfRoom services, you will receive an invitation email for a document signing procedure.
Then you will need to select the method of sending your OTP.
Enter the code received by SMS or email. You will have three attempts.
In case you make three mistakes, you will receive an email to start the procedure again.
However, if you make three mistakes during the new procedure, you will need to contact the ConfRoom secretariat.
The procedure is completed, you will find the signed document by email.
