How to create my ConfRoom

We thank you for choosing Confroom to protect your exchanges.

Before we can create and use your ConfRoom, we will need some information.

• Information concerning the administrator of your ConfRoom:

  • name
  • first name
  • phone number
  • professional email
  • a photo in the recommended format

• Your graphic charter:

  • your logo and if it exists, an alternative or negative version of your logo. You have an example on this link.
  • Your FavIcon. If you do not have one, we will create one from your logo.
  • Typography and color coding (Cowork/Ultimate client) so that your ConfRoom is personalized "up to the end of the click".

• Configuring your ConfRoom. (Box customer and beyond)

  • Slots available for the initial setup meeting.
  • The user name to be created initially. (you can adjust the number of users according to your needs)
  • The number of working groups.
  • The number of rooms.

• Finally the choice to carry out training, so that your team is operational for the use of ConfRoom
