Roles

ConfRoom provides a set of features and some of these features are only available to certain roles.

What is a Role?

The "role" is a "tag" assigned to a user which defines their rights on your ConfRoom.

The different roles

On ConfRoom there are 3 roles in all.

Administrator​

He will be able to access the amin interface which is the control center of your ConfRoom.

Manager​

Depending on the offer selected, the role of the "manager" will be different. For the Direct offer, the manager will have the same rights as an “Ogarnizer”. For the Box and Cowork offers, the "manager" will be responsible for a group of users and his administrator rights will be limited to this group only.

Organizer​

The organizer is a user who will have the rights to organize meetings within their organization or group.
